Instead of being locked into the gym itself, you\’re free to go workout anywhere you want with a video. So not only can you do it in your own house, but it\’s technologically feasible to take your workout videos on your iPod, head to the park, and do them there. Whatever you want.

#4: Trainers Are Busy People.

If you don\’t know exactly how to do a certain move, you have to go ask someone at your gym. Trainers are usually busy, and even if they aren\’t, there\’s still a good chance they won\’t know exactly what you\’re asking. With good workout videos, the instructions (and alternate moves) are built-in.

#3: No Shame In Rewinding.

If you have to ask a personal trainer how to do an exercise more than 5 times, you might start trying their patience. Thankfully, with a video, although you might lack that face-to-face interaction, you can go back two billion times until you\’ve got the move perfect, and no one will ever look askance at you.

#2: There\’s Way More to Choose From.

If you aren\’t happy with your gym, you can choose another one, but unless you live in a major city, you often won\’t have so much choice around you. Whereas when it comes to some good videos, you\’re free to choose from thousands of great options.

#5 Lean, Toned Abs are So Last-Year.

Things have changed — now it\’s all about beer bellies! No one really cares so much about great abs anymore. All the big trendsetters when it comes to what\’s hot and what\’s in are saying it loud and clear — flab is fab, lean is not.

#4 You Don\’t Really Notice Extra Fat, Anyway.

I know I was just talking about beer bellies up there, but really, they\’re ultra-rare. You don\’t really need to do any ab workouts because your belly is probably already super-toned anyway. 7 Tricks To Getting The Body You Want

Are you anxious to find the best way to get in shape, tone your muscles, and get rid of that extra flab? When you use these 7 most effective body firming exercises you will get that tightly toned physique that most people only dream about.

1. Thigh Toning Titan- If you have ever had problems with a condition known as “thunder thighs” where your thighs rub together when you walk, then this is the exercise for you! It will tone and trim the inside of your thighs like no other exercise will. First, you will want to grab a bar stool or straight chair with straight legs. Then, sit down on the floor with your back against a wall. The stool should be positioned between your feet. Lift your legs and feet 4-6 inches from the floor. Angle your feet so your insteps are firmly positioned against the legs of the stool. Now exert as much pressure with your feet as possible. Hold for a of 30- 60 seconds. Repeat this process 6 times.

2. Jack Kicks- Kick your way to a better shaped behind. With this exercise you will be fitting your jeans and pants way better, while people will hate for you to go, they will love to see you leave! Get down on your hands and knees as if you are about to crawl. Your palms should be resting on the floor. Be sure to keep your back straight. Now lift your (R) leg up and backwards with a tightly controlled kicking motion. When your leg is fully extended upward the bottom of the foot points toward the ceiling. Return to the starting position and then repeat with the other leg for a total of 25-50 for each leg.

3. Saddle Bag Stripper- This exercise will target the upper, outer thighs. You know those unsightly lumps that you can see protruding on the outer sides of your thighs just at the juncture of the butt and thigh have got to go. Lay on your (R) side, supporting your upper body at a 45 degree angle with your elbow. Keep (R) leg straight and place your (L) foot flat on the floor directly in front of the (R) knee. Now lift your (R) leg slowly up and down 25 times. Change position and repeat with the (L) leg.

4. Glute Glamourizer- As always, you should want a firm butt and firm legs. Having them makes you look 10 times better in your clothes. So to achieve a great looking backside here is another exercise you can do. Start by standing with feet shoulder width apart. Your toes need to be angled outward. Put your hands on your hips and rise up on your toes. Finally, while staying balanced on your toes, lower your body 1″inch and hold for the count of 10. Lower your body an additional 1″ and hold for the count of 10. Continue to lower your body by 1″ and holding for 10 for a total of 10 times.

5. Lean Leggy Peggies- This exercise gives you leaner, tighter legs. Place your hands on the back of a chair for balance. Keep your body erect and feet slightly apart. Toes should pointed inward. Lift (R) leg slowly 4-6 inches straight out to the side . Do 25 reps and then repeat using (L) leg.

6. Tricep Trainers- Get rid of that fat around your arm that will wave goodbye when you wave goodbye with your hand. Begin by standing erect while holding 3 pound weights. Lift your arms straight up overhead. Your arms should be alongside your head. .Slowly extend the weights backward over your shoulders until elbows point to the ceiling. Return to starting position repeat 30 times.

7. Belly Bustin’ Berthas- These crunches rule will make sure that you have six pack abs in no time flat! Lie flat floor hands behind the neck. Pull your abdomen in and roll your upper chest upward from the floor . Twist your torso from the waist so the (R) elbow points toward the (L) knee and the (L) elbow points toward the (R) knee. Return to starting position. Do as many reps as you can but 20 should be the minimum
