The more you stay focused on these positive, “thin thoughts”, you will continue to transform your mind and body. Occasionally some people may encounter a few challenges like underlying limiting beliefs – but the bottom line is that just changing your dominant focus about your body can go a long way in attracting powerful changes. Limit the amount of fat you get in your diet. The amount of calories from fat should be no more than 30% of the total calories you eat per day. Figure out the amount of calories from fat by multiplying the grams of fat on the label by 9.

Boil your vegetables instead of cooking them, or even better, eat them fresh. However if you do not like eating your vegetables as it is, try steaming them without adding anything at all. This is probably the healthiest way to eat cabbages, cauliflowers and a host of other vegetables.

If you drink wine try to drink dry wines as they contain less sugar than sweet wines due to the fermentation process they go through.

Chew your food at least 20 to 25 times in order to add more saliva to the food as the saliva is what helps digest the sugars.
